You may use Anvil promotional materials to promote Anvil products in business-to-business sales promotional materials only (or with Anvil’s written permission, trade advertising), subject to the terms and conditions below. Please note that your right to use our current materials expires on January 31 of each year. You may revisit our Website to obtain updated materials at that time.

Anvil Promotional Materials Terms of Use

Your access to and use of the promotional materials provided by Anvil (“Promotional Materials”) is subject to the following terms and conditions and the anvilknitwear.com Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement, available at www.anvilknitwear.com/Terms-Conditions, as it may be amended from time to time (the “Anvil Terms,” and together with these terms and conditions, this “Agreement”), and all applicable laws. By accessing or downloading the Promotional Materials, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement.

The Promotional Materials constitute “Materials” as defined in the Anvil Terms, and are owned and copyrighted by Anvil and its licensors. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Anvil hereby grants you a non-exclusive, limited, non-sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the Promotional Materials in unaltered form (other than resizing for formatting purposes) solely in order to promote Anvil products in sales promotional materials distributed or targeted to the trade, and in trade advertisements solely if and as approved in writing by Anvil in each instance, in accordance with the usage guidelines as we may update them from time to time. Use of the Promotional Materials in consumer advertising or promotions is strictly forbidden. The term of this license begins upon your acceptance of this Agreement and terminates on January 31 of the following calendar year. Upon expiration or termination of this license, you agree to destroy all copies of the Promotional Materials in your possession or control. You may not modify the Promotional Materials or delete or change any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained in the Promotional Materials. No other permission is granted to print, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, upload, download, display in public, alter or modify the Promotional Materials.
